Our Mission is to improve the health status of our patients through a focus on a professional and personal touch. We are committed to helping our patients efficiently achieve goal-oriented outcomes to improve their quality of life. Additionally, these programs must meet strict demands for quality care at a reasonable expense. In order to achieve these objectives, we employ goal-oriented (job specific) exercise and rehab management programs based upon client subjective and therapist objective functional assessments. We constantly monitor and modify our practice protocols to enhance our rehabilitation outcome. Our protocols are designed to achieve optimal outcomes for safe active return to work status or maximal function.
The client is made aware of their responsibility in becoming an active participant in their restoration program. We constantly educate and encourage the client to assume more control of their program for future self-care and independence.
Client satisfaction of our services is evaluated with the Patient Center Evaluation Form. The client's assessment of our services enables us to reflect on this feedback and, where appropriate, modify the delivery of our services.
