After your initial evaluation visit we will endeavor to accommodate you for preferred follow up visit appointments. We urge ALL our clients to schedule early in the week for upcoming appointments.

We will extend all courtesies possible to accommodate the scheduling of your appointments. We ask the same courtesy in return, if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, kindly provide us ample time prior to that cancellation.

In order to maintain accurate records, we ask that you sign in at the front desk when you arrive for appointments.

Please advise your physical therapist of your next scheduled doctor's visit. Your therapist will prepare a written communication progress report which will be your responsibility to deliver to your physician.
